Chrysler Teases New 200
Out of all the three Detroit automakers, Chrysler has been pegged as the one with the least chance of surviving. Ford has done extremely well for itself, and General Motors has climbed to profitability while making headway in the marketplace.

There have been a dearth of new products at Chrysler. However, the ones that have came - such as the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, have shown a dramatic change in product development that gives us great hope for the future.
Since partnering with Fiat, Chrysler has moved quickly to update the model lineup, and the 2011 models show the fruit of those efforts.
One of the most important models in the effort is the new Sebring, now called the 200. It fits in with the brand cachet of the 300 lineup, and more significantly helps to dump old perceptions of the Sebring sedan.
The last-generation model was unimpressive to say the least, but the new 200 looks to change things significantly. It looks to provide an upscale persona and emphasis on design.
Of all products for the new Chrysler, this one is the most critical and also the one we are looking forward to seeing the most. Especially the interior! For now, these teasers are all we can go on as far as exterior looks.
One thing we do know is the car's powertrains - which consist of two options. The first is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder, mated to either a four- or six-speed automatic transmission, and the second Chrysler's 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 making 283 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque.
We should be hearing a lot more about this car pretty soon - and even more so in the coming months as Chrysler ramps up a big campaign for this pivotal model.
