This Amazing Home-Brewed Porsche Advert Is Even Better Than The Real Thing
A group of friends made this "speculative commercial" to keep them occupied after graduation, and it's incredibly well put together
If it weren’t for the fact it centres around an older, 987-generation Cayman, this home-brewed Porsche advert could easily pass for the real deal. It’s that good.
Called ‘Dear Father’, the uploader describes it as a “speculative brand commercial done out of love for Porsche and all of the amazing relationships built on and around the road.”
It was brought to our attention after being posted up on Reddit Cars, with the user explaining that he and some friends put it together to because they “had some time to kill after graduation.” For something made simply to keep a group of mates occupied, it’s a stunning bit of work.
To the creators of this video, wherever you are, consider our metaphorical caps well and truly doffed.

I gotta show this to my dad. I sit in the passengers side and watch him as he drives his 944 Turbo. I can totally relate to this. Porsche will always have a special place in my heart.
