This 911 GTS Vs M4 CS Drag Race Is Massively One-Sided

Despite having more power than the 911 GTS, the M4 CS seen here is made to look a little sluggish...

You know how drag race videos on YouTube are often full of pointless filler? This one from Motorsport Magazine is not like that at all - we have a 56 second video that gets straight to the point. Much more like it.

And what a point it gets to. Despite the M4 CS being a little more powerful at 454bhp vs the Porsche’s 444bhp, the BMW is destroyed by the 911 GTS, with the latter crossing the line over a second sooner. The CS is a couple of tenths down on the GTS for the benchmark 0-62mph sprint, but even so, this is a much more convincing victory than you’d expect.

Which car would you rather have? The Porsche, or the BMW?

The M4 CS because the Porsche is not a 911R or a first gen 911

You can’t beat the grip that extra weight on the rear axle gives you from a standstill.

Isn’t the 911s have one of the fastest 0-30 times?

Porsche have a weight of an engine on the back wheel.
Better traction of the line and better engine, flat six is always better then straight six
