How many BHP does it take for you to consider a car "powerful"?

On the interwebs people say 400 isn’t enough, but I nearly shat my pants in my couin’s 380 whp civic.

Hmmm I dont consider my 420BHP evo 8 that powerful maybe because it is quite heavy.

I’m at 460hp and it’s not enough…

over 200hp is powerful to me

Here’s how I see it:
100-200HP=Average
201-300HP=Semi-Sporty
300-400HP=Sporty
401-600HP=Fast
601-800HP=Very Fast
801HP+=Too Fast
