This series is just a delight. It’s great to see a car like this get the love it deserves. My grandfather used to have a Mk.I Octavia (a green one with the 1.8 20V engine) too, it never got that kind of mileage though.
It always puts a smile on my face when an old car is being treated so well. Miles more than deserves this. What a machine.

I think you should have shampoo the carpets,or use injector/extractor to get rid of the smell :)
Good old TDI will be ready for another 400k+. Keep up the good work Alex, one of the best series on CT so far ;)
