More Pics of the New 911 Turbo Released

Look guys - new wallpaper! Porsche has released some new images of the 911 Turbo. For a lot of car manufacturers, the initial shots accompanying the press release are quite bland. The ones Porsche usually releases are quite good but these ones show more of the car inside and out.

Look guys - new wallpaper! Porsche has released some new images of the 911 Turbo. For a lot of car manufacturers, the initial shots accompanying the press release are quite bland. The ones Porsche usually releases are quite good but these ones show more of the car inside and out.

The new 911 Turbo was announces just a few days ago and it has some impressive specifications. How does a direct-injected, turbocharged, dual-clutch gearbox-equipped 911 Turbo with 500 horsepower and 24.8 mpg sound to you ? I know, I was pretty impressed too - the numbers speak for themselves.

Along with the new exterior pictures, Porsche has released three pictures of the interior. The three pictures show off each of the transmission options available on the new 911. They include the six-speed manual, Tiptronic steering wheel mounted buttons and the new F1-style behind the wheel paddles that are available for the first time with a Doppelkupplungsgetriebe gearbox. By the way, that's Porsche-speak for a dual-clutch gearbox. I absolutely love that new steering wheel too! Very cool.

If you're interested, a new 911 Turbo can be yours just $132,800 (coupe) and $143,800 (cabriolet). Can't afford one? Neither can I. But for now, we can at least enjoy these new pictures!
