Life Hack: Ask if it comes with a Disklok, if they say no that means it’s never been stolen even without one. Therefore no one has wanted to steal it because it is no good.

If you’re not acting NORMAL, you’re BROKEN. Use duct tape whispering for safety

But in all seriousness guys if you don’t know what you’re looking for you can always.. Hmm you know… Bring a guy like me along. Bring your certified mechanic friend! HE. IS. YOUR. BEST. WEAPON. Say that over and over again in your head. And if you don’t have a friend like that find one

From all the cars I have bought the ones I have spent the least amount of time looking at have turned out to be the most reliable! 😒

Hmm the dilemma is to trust CT’s recommendation here or not when the E36 and MX-5’s are such dogs

They never told us what the screw driver was for, now I’ll just have to assume it was to protect yourself if you piss off the owner…

FAKE.
They have an E36 in the thumbnail, and an E36 is allways rusty af. So you allways get screwed if you buy one.

Need to know where to look. I’ve seen few e36s at very south of Italy, and whole downsides and arches were MINT, no rust whatsoever. Humidity is low, and they never get snow down there, so it makes huge difference. On the other hand, sand, wind and high temperature make them loose some paint if they aren’t kept in garage.
