The Ford Mustang F-35 Lightning II Edition Is The Most 'Murican Car Ever
What you’re looking at is a one-off version of the 2015 Mustang GT muscle car. Its livery is inspired by the F-35 Lightning II jet fighter, which is made by American company Lockheed Martin. Is it possible to have a more proudly American car? We don’t think so, and we love this thing.
It’s also sporting a carbonfibre front splitter, plus a new rear diffuser and spoiler. On the inside, the instrument cluster has been modified, and embroided F-35 logos are on the floor mats and Recaro seats.
The one-of-a-kind car will be auctioned off, with the proceeds going to the EAA Young Eagles charity, which organises free general aviation flights for children.
