To be honest the supra not having a manual makes sense. Yes, fans of the car probably want a manual, but most of them probably can’t afford it & wont be the ones paying money. It’s a shame, but it’s what everyone’s doing now
You know it is time for some company to make a manual conversion kit for all the purists
I forgot who said it but someone interpreted the “We don’t think Supra fans want a manual” statement from Toyota to mean “We don’t think Supra fans [who can afford the new one] want a manual”
Also watch out for fanboys complaining about the price of the production version and complaining how its not as “affordable” as the MkIV
I know it makes sense as to why they are doing this, but it doesnt seem like it would be that big of a deal to add in a manual option to safisfy both worlds.
Yeh the car is a GT car. It’s supposed to be a quick cruiser, and for the price you don’t expect a manual in a big “luxury” cruiser
