Seems like it, maybe he just writes the more interesting stuff. Everything is posted during UK business hours, after that it goes dead while the rest of the world is awake. Hard to see how CT going to sustain itself without a second editor to crate pre-existing stories overnight when the rest of the world is awake, and a couple more staff writers to give CT some flavour.

Preferably ones that can write something original more than once in a blue moon.
