1. Petrol in the eye and mouth...

“2 hours later - still feeling ‘fragile’ - I swapped out the fuel filter, and in the process poured petrol into my eye and mouth. Don’t do it - hurts like a mopho!”

I’ve definitely done the left foot braking in an auto. Took me a few stops to figure out why the brakes were so touchy. Fuel in the eye many times. Also took a shot of freon once.
You never know how heavy your clutch goes until you try to left foot brake

Since I’ve never really drove a car yet i guess i don’t have much, i do work on cars a lot but i still went into doing that with some knowledge. Here’s my closet to car related fail:
So back when i was dumb (literally like last year) my friend haf this thing we called the beast, it was a golf cart with atv drivetraun and suspension on it. It had a clutchless 5 speed, i being the moron i am thought “oh its a manual so you can put your foot down and nothing will happen” well i was wrong, worst part is the brakes were non existent. YEAH, i think i understand i suck at driving now.
i was ‘’cleaning’’ the carb on my golf with an air compressor. i put the nozzle in the hose that supplys fuel to the carb to ‘’blow out any dirt that collected there for the past 5 years of sitting’’. i did that and a huge amount of fuel splashed into my eyes. it burned harder than the roasts on the ‘’roast my car’’ community after like 10 mins of standing by the sink and pouring cold water in my eyes i was ok. this happened like 2 months ago. i still can see so i guess its a win.
I broke a BMW 316i that wasn’t mine…
6 years ago, when I was still in school, graduating… I got into a friend’s BMW 316i and she, me and other people decided to drive about and shout that we are graduating (common thing in Bulgaria).
I drove like an absolute arse. Wheelspin every time, snap gear changes, burnouts, drifts… That tired old BMW took a lot of abuse that day. The girl’s father who’s BMW that was had to do some gearbox repairs and some suspension work. She never told him I did it. No clue what she said, or what she did. I got off the hook and learned the hard way not to abuse a car.
as a kid i stuffed my dads exhaust full of “chestnuts” and revved the car, this resulted in shooting the nuts faar lol
When I was very young, I was left by myself in my dad’s Mercedes. I took the keys. Locked all the doors, the proceeded to just sit there and play with them until my dad broke the window and I taken out. Those keys now sit somewhere in my room.
My friend and I were offroading in separate cars and I locked my keys in my car. We had to drive 45 minutes back home in his car to get a spare key.
I will admit to number 7 on one occasion. Problem is… My easily frightened mother was in the passenger seat.
