That F1 video from the old Hockenheimring is the best F1 fight I have seen by now.
How about the Isle of Man TT, not exactly a track but its definitely worth mentioning.

No Cadwell Park? Can’t beat a bit of the ‘Mountain’ for excitement
Barber Motorsports Park, Road Atlanta, VIR, Sachsenring, Cadwell Park, Gunsai Touge… excitement comes with corners, tricky corners, tricky corners combined with elevation changes ;-)
