Just curious, does stretching tires has a negative impact on handling or the car. If so then in which way? I Appreciate every help.

It does. The most obvious thing is that they are designed for optimum handling as they are, not stretched, plus sidewalls are crooked thus under pressure (at corners) they tend to have more movement and you have the increased risk of the tire failing

This one had stretched tires and they blew.

The contact patch will be negatively affected with stretched tyres thus increasing the chance of sudden loss of traction.

Excessive camber causes the tyre to ride on its corner massively reducing the contact patch rendering the car dangerous - this is the reason I am so against this type of car modification.
