Just asking: if you get caught doing a burnout, which is the penalty?

Reckless driving. If there is a minor in the car, endangering the welfare of a child. Apparently if you are under 18 you can get that charge on yourself.

In Australia, you will be killed especially if youre on your p’s (Not actually) but depending on the situation and the cop you get your car impounded (or crushed) and a massive fine

Depends on the location, most likely a reckless driving, assuming of course, they can prove it was you. Reasonable doubt is your friend.

It’s pretty stupid that you get penalized worse for a burnout when speeding is more dangerous, I mean seriously if you aren’t around people doing one what is gonna happen, “Oh no I hit a gutter at 5kp/h”, Speeding: ” Damn I lost control at 170kp/h” then the cops find a car around a tree.

Car impounded, up to a $10,000 fine, plus demerit points. Now you see why it sucks to be an enthusiast in Ontario.
