Is it possible to make an engine block from this matter? Will it be good for 10k~15k horsepower?

main problem is, first you need to find a diamond big enough for the entire block, then need diamond cutters to cut all the holes and make the holes not just for the pistons but for all the screws etc. then you would need to make all other parts out of diamond and why not make the screws out of diamond, in for a penny in for a pound. the problem then would be the weakest link, i imagine would be the gasket (running massive HP puts stress on head gasket) and also im not 100% sure diamond is good in moving parts, its more of an abrasive material (diamond cutters etc)

i feel like metals are the best way to go since they work best as moving parts and respond to lubricants very well, graphene is the other option that i feel is completely viable

I got the point. Hardness isn’t the only thing, you can’t mold a mineral, and someone mentioned graphene too!
