I have a question. Why do drifters put huge spoilers on their cars? If they purposefully WANT the rear to break loose, why would they put something on there that gives it grip?

You can lift the back or push the back I think with aerodynamics

Most spoilers I see are angled down though. Maybe your right.

maybe when you have too less grip you can adjust with a spoiler?

I dunno man, if I were a drifter I would want it to slide all over the place.

there was an article on here that explained that they are actually looking for the most grip possible because it makes it controlable and with the hp they have they break it loose.
they are looking for grip because this way, when they are drifting, and lift off the throttle they can slow the slide down because the rear wheels will regain grip

Dat muscle guy (Sam Stone)(Camaro Squad)(Die augen leader)(E

They need a lot of grip so they can control the car when it breaks loose with all that HP

It’s mostly for the look of the car.
