In twin turbo,both of the turbos are exactly identical.Where as in bi-turbos,the turbos are of different size.
so in Biturbo one turbo spins at low RPM and it gives enough boost to get high RPM to make bigger turbo do its magic? and in Twin Turbo system both turbos hit at the same time right?

There’s a funny thing about it when you speak German. When you say Bi-Turbo in German you actually mean that there are two turbos. When an English speaking person says twin turbo than he thinks of two turbos as well. There’s another form called twin scroll turbo, which is a single turbo with, as the name explains itself, two scrolls in it. BMW uses this technology in their production cars when you read “TwinPower Turbo”.

No actually it depends how the car manufacturer will call it. Bi-turbo and Twin turbo are basically the same thing. What you are referring is called “staged turbocharging”
