Lexus LS 600h Hybrid Lists For $108,800
OK, say your rich, and I mean richer than Croesus. On top of that, you want to feed your rich-jerk ego and show off to everyone around you just how much green cred you got and how much you care about the environment, baby seals, and all that. What kind of car do you drive?
OK, say your rich, and I mean richer than Croesus. On top of that, you want to feed your rich-jerk ego and show off to everyone around you just how much green cred you got and how much you care about the environment, baby seals, and all that. What kind of car do you drive? Lexus has your answer, it's the Lexus LS 600h Hybrid. And since it lists for an impressive $108,800, you can brag about how much you spent on it too.
Look, I got nothing against hybrids, and I think people that want to make this world a better place versus sticking their heads in the sand about problems like global warming are just fine. And really, I don't have much, if anything against the Lexus LS 600h Hybrid. It's just that you'd think they could make it for less than $108,800.
It looks like the gas burning Lexus LS 600 on the outside, but it packs a huge premium over that already pretty expensive ride when it comes to the inside of your checking account. This might be a bit of a problem. I remember when Ford first rolled out the Taurus SHO, it was a total sleeper. And one of the reasons the first gen didn't sell as well as expected was because owners wanted the special car they just bought to look special.
The same thing might apply to some of the prospective buyers of the Lexus LS 600. If you really want to flaunt your wealth and your enviro-cred to the point of dropping nearly 109-large, subtlety in exterior packaging will most likely not be a selling point. If all you want is a luxo-hybrid, the Lexus LS 600 will be arriving at dealerships "soon".
Naturally the Lexus LS 600h L comes with all sorts of gee-gaws. There's unique 19-inch alloy wheels, blue-tinted taillights, and advanced front active headrests. It also features standard Intuitive Park Assist with Advance Parking Guidance and Intelligent High-Beam, Lexus Navigation system with casual language recognition, a Cold Weather Package with a windshield deicer, more effective heater and heavy-duty battery, and a whole bunch of other junk I'm not going to type out
