4-Door Ferrari Rendered

Good design is good design, whether it's the latest and newest or not. Seeing the Muska Supercar led me to check out some of Krasnov Igor's work further and I came across his amazing intrepretation of a 4-Door Ferrari.

Good design is good design, whether it's the latest and newest or not. Seeing the Muska Supercar led me to check out some of Krasnov Igor's work further and I came across his amazing intrepretation of a 4-Door Ferrari. I remember seeing the design when in it came out in September 2008 (before CarThrottle even launched) but completely forgot about it until now.

So I thought it would be fitting to show everyone who might have missed it. Even though Ferrari's competitors are introducing 4-Door Sedans, Ferrari's CEO Luca di Montezemolo has taken a stand against any sedan during his leadership of the company. They'll make a hybrid but not a sedan. Umm OK; anyways, moving on. If they ever were to break that rule though, it needs to look like this. Just like this....

See what I'm talking about? That is pure Ferrari beauty. Normally I'm against brands like Ferrari and Lamborghini deviating from their core products to dilute their identity, but that is every bit a Ferrari. For instance if a a 512 Scaglietti can be called a real Ferrari, this vehicle could too. Hybrids? No. SUV's Absolutely not. Sedan like this? I could see it working. We just need to give it a name!

Regardless whether we like it or not though, as I've said before, Ferrari remains committed to staying out of the 4-door market as long as Luca di Montezemolo is in charge. He most likely has already saw it, but if not, someone needs to send this car to him.

The whole thing about making a hybrid but not a sedan seems a bit interesting to me. We can dream though of a future supercar battle extraordinaire: Rapide vs. Estoque vs. FF4 (Future Ferrari 4-Door...Lame, I know but I couldn't think of anything else).
