SR20DE vs QR20DE

A friend of mine was saying that sr20's are outdated and if you want to do a engine swap go for the qr20 over the sr20

What are your opinions

The QR20 has a max standard output of 147 horsepower, the SR20DE has a max standard output of 169 horsepower, you do the maths. Also SR20DET > SR20DE > QR20.
