Driving school car. It enables the driver to lock front brakes, rear brakes, or to use front and rear brakes simultaneously. You have to turn your foot sideways to use both brakes at once.

When combined with the watered down skidpad they practice on, it makes demonstrating car control techniques very easy.

It is part of GT Academy.

(I know this because I follow GT Academy very closely as I was almost in one year)
