This Is What Pandem Will Do To Your C8 Chevrolet Corvette

The wild body kit used on Daigo Saito’s new drift-spec Toyota GR Yaris isn’t the only new thing to emerge from Rocket Bunny sister brand Pandem this month. It also has a suitably excessive widebody for the C8 Chevrolet Corvette, which was revealed on various social media accounts a few days ago.

This Is What Pandem Will Do To Your C8 Chevrolet Corvette

We’ve only seen the Kei Miura-designed kit in render form thus far, but it’s all but guaranteed to look as bonkers in the plastic. It’s made up of five main components - a huge front splitter, giant side skirts, front and rear wings (with exposed rivets, of course) and a big rear wing.

The squared-off wheel arches won’t be to everyone’s tastes, but it wouldn’t be Tra Kyoto car without being a little divisive, would it?

The kit is listed on Pandem’s US website for $5000, or $7000 if you want the wing too. Individual components are available, starting at £1000 for the splitter. Making your mid-engined Corvette look like this one in the renders will be a lot more expensive than $7000, however, since you’ll need to think about adding air suspension and some suitably wide wheels to fill those enlarged arches.

What do you think of the Pandemed C8?

Actually it looks cool, but just childish.

Looks cool, but it’s either childish (because it looks like a Hot Wheels toy car), or look like a weeb, or both. I think Corvettes should be manly like Steve Stiffler (from American Pie movies) or Jordan Belfort (the wolf of Wall Street), or James Hunt , so Vettes should ran without any additional bodykits and aero kits.

this looks like one of those “CyberPunk Retrowave NFS Instagram renders” that are seemingly everywhere and no one knows where tf they’re coming from

And they’re all look childish. I think it looks more like a Hot Wheels toy car for 12 y.o. kids who spent hours after hours playing NFS Heat and/or Forza Horizon 4.
Be dead honest, the C8 Vette with this bodykit is like some manly, muscular high-school jock who was supposed to dress to show abs, listen to Blink 182 or AC/DC and being a womanizer; but being told to dress like some typical high school geek with the outfit that will propel the girls and ladies away, and listen to any Anime music or Autotune music. The jock did not match with that outfit. Just like the C8 with the Pandem, It didn’t match the car’s image. And Pandem always seem to make bad and dorky bodykits. Even though it looks cool on some respect, it would look a lot better with stock bodykit and just changing the wheels.
