Car Wow has released the latest in its regular series of drag races. Standing toe to toe are the Mercedes-AMG GT R and the Honda NSX. One is a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 brute sending all its muscle to the rear wheels, while the other is a petrol-electric hybrid with clever four-wheel drive and three electric motors to bolster its 3.5-litre blown V6.

The two cars try a straightforward drag race, then a rolling drag from third gear, and finally an emergency brake test from 70mph. Here’s a clue: the result is a 2-1 win… but which car is your money on?
