This Valet Parker Was Completely Baffled By A Ford Fiesta ST’s Manual Gearbox
Despite insisting he knows how to drive a manual gearbox, this young detailer's assistant makes numerous amusing errors while trying to move a Fiesta ST before finally giving up and letting his boss finish the job
Despite a little crunching going on, the uploader mentioned that no damage was done to the car, and clarified that he is “not pissed about this.” We can only assume the employee exaggerated his ability to drive a manual gearbox’d car when applying for the job.
Our favourite thing about the video - other than the gentle classical music in the background adding an extra touch of hilarity - is the excuse he drops at the 2min 9sec mark…

I feel for the guy who owns that car.
Geez, this guy should really FOCUS on learning how to drive stick…
so he can fiesta in his pants
No time to learn when you FIESTA all the time!
When applying, he needed to lie to get an Edge over the others.
If I seen someone do this to my car, I would puma pants
And then, a PUMA come along and FUSION into a RAPTOR
He didn’t press the button on the handbrake! That noise makes me shudder
I don’t do it either.
U should go to the guy and teach him so he can become one of the manual gear master race :D
No he sounds like a pr1ck
This video sums up the first time I drove a manual perfectly.
First time I drove a manual there was one thing I just couldn’t get right. The damn bite point. Thing either stalled or jaulted. Needless to say i learned in my friend’s fiat 128 so maybe they’re a smidge harder to drive than usual. But then again I’m a lead footed hoon :/
Ive got a Fiesta ST, and it is one of the easiest sticks I’ve ever driven. Never stalled it once since I’ve had it, not even accidentally!
Not even accidentally?? because people normally do it on purpose?
It’s easy but it’s different. I’m not saying this dude isn’t a complete tool because he totally is but I can imagine someone coming from a eco box into an ST might find the clutch a little sportier than they’re used to. You can’t just let your foot off the clutch like in a 1.0 fiesta.
Anti-Millennial mode worked a bit too well here.
What does he say right at the end?
“where’s the problem?”
