Can The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Beat An M3 And C63 S In A Drag Race?
Alfa's hottest Giulia takes on super saloon rivals from BMW and Mercedes-AMG in this drag race from the ladies and gents at Car Wow
If we were being picky, we’d rather like to see the C63 S represented by the saloon and not the coupe, to match the four-door BMW and Alfa. But since this particular two-door AMG belongs to the boss of Car Wow and is conspicuously branded, its appearance is understandable. And since we have some brake tests and a drifting competition thrown in too, we won’t be complaining.

Rather have the BMW it looks better to my eye and is nearly as fast as the alfa with 60 more horsepower
saying in advance that i am a bmw fanboy, so i don’t particularly like the quadrifoglio, even though i respect the techical achievement. I don’t see the point of telling “it’s better in every way”, because it isn’t (yet)… it might be quicker in a drag race, it might be faster on a track, but let’s be honest, we’re comparing the top-of-the-line supersport models… and even though the quadrifoglio is a good car, i don’t think that it will be the one that will sell the most, just like the M3 and the AMG aren’t the most-sold trims of the respective models. So i think it’s too soon to state that “the giulia is better than the germans” because, it being on sale for less than a year, there aren’t any reliability data to analyze…
The m3 looks good for sure, but the alfa give you the passion looks that italian know how to make. (it’s like the 458 vs the mp4. Both looks good but the 458 have some kind of passion feeling on the look)
I still prefer the c63s over the others
But how long will the Alfa go before it breaks?
