Just to name some… Project Cars, F1 2016, Bunrout Paradise, Forza 6 and the Grid games do also a valid job. My vote would go to Project Cars i think.

Forza6, not so much. Previous gen had better damage than next gen. (They had to turn down the damage due to licensing)

Grid was one of my favourites because back in the day the physics of driving and crashing made it one of the best arcade/ simulator hybrid games ever.

Believe it or not Assetto corsa has an amazing component damage simulation going on, especially with how engine, transmission and suspension parts react when broken. Too bad not many people even turn on damage to realize it in the first place.
