I think… essentially. From what I see, it looks like the two cars touched via their tyres. When the rear wheel of the white Holden Cruze (or whatever the hell it is in Asia, some GM fudgery) hits the front wheel of the Civic, the points on both wheels are moving relative to each other at a pretty high velocity. It’s enough to lift a car and throw it a little bit… sort of like when a motorbike rear-ends another motorbike.
I derno, it’s just my guess…

This is Asia, I think.
