We have classes in KJS (amateur racing series), but they depend on the organiser. If a lot of 126p turn up, they might held under 700cc (or 800cc) in addition to common 1100cc or 1200cc class.
I don’t know if he is just a really confident and skilled driver or somebody who cant drive well but does not care if they or their car get damaged.
