Nissan Teana (J32) Ultimate Hybrid Sleeper Build #Different
The Teana is a mid size sedan made by Nissan, and it sold well in my country. But it’s a bit too boring for me.
And here is a build I really think about of: get that cheap luxury cruiser and hack it. Meet the ultimate Nissan Teana sleeper!
And here’s the guide:
Step 1: One Nissan Teana J32
So, why the older J32 over the newer J33 for me? Because I prefer the sleek, selvete styling of the J32. The J33 Teana is too pointy for me. Besides, I could get a better deal on a used older car. Get any version, and start to mod!
Step 2a: Engine
As the title stated, “Hybrid”, so that’s why I’m doing this. The famed VR38DETT, founded in the Nissan GT-R, is here living in the front. Also is the Nissan Leaf’s electric motor with the batteries in the back of the car. Mods of the VR38 will be a cylinder head upgrade, better intake, bigger turbos and I expected it to put 700 hp or more. As for the electric motor…just leave it stock.
Step 2b: Interior
As for the interior, I will install a high end audio system and Android Auto/Apple CarPlay supported touchscreen in-car display. And also luxury real leather seats, real wood trim and a in-car fridge to store my favorite snacks and drinks.
Step 2c: Body and exterior
I would make the car look like a poverty-spec model (like that AMG GT above) and also black steelies. (black steelies for lyfe) Meanwhile, lighter aluminium and CF parts replaces the steel skeleton, and nice slicks is here to stay.

Sorry for just seeing now.
It’s good, but not the type of car I would enjoy driving. It may sound weird, but I’m more of a luxury and comfort kinda guy, rather than built it and drift it kinda guy.

Love this idea! Especially the poverty spec. Essential in a true sleeper.
