Would this smoke plasti dip work for smoking out tail lights?

Just wondering, cause you can still see light through the cap, should be able to see a tail light too right? Just wondering if this would work for blacking them out or not.

I’ve used it before on my honda civic si, It works. But it looks and feels a little rough and it tends to pick up dirt, the dirt likes to cling to it. Its nice because you can remove it if you ever get in trouble, but otherwise I would get the normal tint spray Non-plastidip

What’s this “normal” tint spray called?

I would use plastidip before doing anything permanent, just to see if you even really want to have the car look like what you’re thinking.

Just use actual nite shade and if you ever get in trouble you can use acetone and wipe it off
