Not so long ago, it seemed barely a week would go by without some sort of Toyota Supra report/rumour/speculation landing. Nine months on from the A90’s official reveal, that constant stream has been replaced with a deluge of GR Supra tuning news.

With more and more tuning houses getting their hands on the fifth-generation Supra, we seemed to be inundated with modified versions. There have been 2JZ-swapped A90 drift monsters, cars running well over 400bhp on stock internals, and more ambitious projects targeting four-figure power outputs. Quite a decent spread so far.

This latest one is from Sante Fe-based Evasive Motorsports. The Californian company hasn’t given any technical details about what’s going on under the skin, but we do know that the body kit is the work of EVS Tuning.

It’s not quite as extreme as the Pandem widebody A90 Supra kit teased earlier this year, but there are still plenty of brilliantly outlandish details. There’s a massive ducktail spoiler sitting under a sizeable rear wing, and the kind of front splitter that makes us hope this Supra is running on air suspension. It’s not exactly speed bump-friendly.

The car will be showcased at the SEMA show in Las Vegas this November, where we’re expecting to see a dizzying array of modified GR Supras.

Is this the best-looking A90 Supra kit we’ve seen so far? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Pandem kit is nicer and the wheels really don’t suit it

If all the “stock aero bits” work in this one it’s fine by me

The rear wing section could be working, because we haven’t as much flow sepparation on the body. Also the spoiler could help the wing. The attachement of the rear wing is ideal, but the endplates aren’t. I don’t see any reason for the front splitter (i’m sure the car doesn’t have a flat bottom). From my standpoint most aero bits on cars are useles, very few production cars have functional downforce aero and most are form over function.
