Ever wondered what goes into a Fiesta 1.0l to convert it into a road legal Group R2 rally car?

That’s not the 1.0 litre Ecoboost but the 1.6 litre Ti-VCT. The Ecoboost wasn’t avialable with the pre-facelift model and it’s a three-cylinder.

They do actually. When you supply a LHD Fiesta 1.0l Ecoboost the conversion will set you back a total of £10’000; if you don’t have one and want M-Sport to buy one and convert it, you’ll have to pay another £11’000.
