Peugeot 106 rear engine rwd

Because the engine is in the rear, every connection to the engine needs to be longer. The gear shifter and plumbing havn’t been a big problem. The throttle and clutch cable on the other hand are a pain in the ass. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to lengthen such cables?
As soon as it’s done, it will soon run and do mad skids :)
