Stanced Cars are stupid?!
What are your guy’s opinion on stanced cars? Are the great for car culture? Or are they the disgrace of car culture?
I had a (non car enthusiast) friend tell me he lost all hope for me when I said I had plans to lower my car and he said that people who lower their cars are stupid because then you can’t clear dips and bumps and driveways and it ruins the road when the car scrapes. I then showed him the difference of track modified cars to show modified cars (stance) and he proceeded to say that stanced cars are stupid. I tried telling him as a car enthusiast I try to respect all car cultures and communities but he said stanced cars should be made illegal because it’s “dangerous” and pointless. He did point out that at least track modified cars have a purpose in being lowered (to go faster around corners). There wasn’t much else I could say about stanced cars except that they are made just to look cool and shouldn’t be looked down upon because they are part of the car community.

Your friend is right.
It may look cool but it can be hard to live with, my issue is with extremely low cars and cars with extreme camber.
Yep, tastefully lowered looks good. The springs cut clean out look; looks awful
