As with the recent incident at the Baja 500 - which saw Robby Gordon strike a spectator - this is another reminder of why it’s vital for motorsport spectators to take responsibility for their own safety. While it’s likely this particular video was shot using a boom of some kind, the uploader is still putting himself and the drivers and co-drivers he’s filming in unnecessary danger.
