Watch An Electric Dragster Clock A 7sec 1/4-Mile In Near Silence
Compared to the roar of top fuel dragsters, the 'Electric Fox' makes very little noise - all you hear as it clocks this 7.631sec quarter at 170mph is a faint whine and a load of tyre noise
This impressive effort at Tierp Arena in Sweden last month was good enough to give the ‘Electric Fox’ a European record for the fastest electric dragster over a quarter-mile, and was just 0.356sec shy of the world record. The car - driven here by Maris Ozolins - is powered by six liquid-cooled motors and beefy custom lithium-ion batteries.

same dudes that are doing Electric pikes peak.
Well, no problems with air pressure, they don’t lose power as combustion engine cars.
Welcome to the future, when even racecars will have a hamster on a wheel powering it.
6 electric motors?? Where do you fit them and how does it work?

Will that fit my honda?
Electric cars wont ever replace gasoline (or petrol as you brits say) because as Erza Dryer said in the latest Car&Driver, “they only make one sound, vrrrrrrrrr”
There’s two reasons why I like electric cars. They’re brilliant for short distance daily drivers, and they save the gasoline for the cars we like. As long as internal combustion is still legal, there’ll be more fuel for us with more electric cars on the road
*275 mph
its 275 km/h
and this is my expression
I own a 10 second car.
Well, more fuel for us!
