DRL. Led Lights. "Cheap" vs "Expensive"
Less than a year ago, I purchased this “cheap” led lights to change the factory halogen ones. The used to give a good bright white light, but 4 months later they started to winkle like the little star, they started to Melt. 1 week ago I went to Autozone and saw this “expensive” Phillips LEDs, they cost three times more than the “cheaper” ones. After a deep web searching, I found that Phillips offers 12y Guaranty and 6000K of light.. they convinced me, so I paid $300 Mexican pesos. After I installed them, OH SURPRISE! They look so much better. Here comes the evidence.

Good stuff bud
Can’t beat Osram Nightbreakers. Those things are like lasers.
I can’t found that brand here in Mexico. Maybe next time will try to import them.
True dat. And on the longetivity of those… My car is parked in the outside for 3 years now. Without getting moved even once. Next time I visit it I’ll install a battery and see if the lights still work, had nightbreakers in them last time I had a license and the car worked
We like to throw nuts and bolts out the window as one of these passes in the oncoming lane, blinding you to hell and back with cheap ass xenons everywhere.
As u can see they are the high beams, in a closed place(in the last photo u can notice that are perfectly aligned , the point is to demonstrate how the leds match even the high beam.
I can see a proud Mexican Peugeot owner
What lumene or Lux amount are they rated at(amount of light)?
6,000K
That’s why they invented this
