Things i love and hate about Forza Horizon 2 #BlogPost
Forza Horizon 2 is a great game, Forza is a great series but i haven’t played anything else in that series than Horizon 2 and Motorsport 5 (which many said was a big dissapointment)
Anyway, let’s move on

Love: Rewards Every Time You Level-Up

You can win cars and money; e.g. you don’t have that much cash but you really want that Lexus LFA, so you do enough races until you level up and you finally got that wheelspin and you won some cash! You can finally get that V10 roar from some-thing else than a Huracan
Hate: The Amount of Paid DLC

You have to pay to get the cool wagons (RS6 C7, RS4 B5 and B8, have to pay for the cool SUVs/Offroad cars (Lamborghini Urus, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT, Jeep Wrangler F and F Edition, Lamborghini LM002, MINI Monster Energy ALL4 Racing X Raid) and so on with many more cars
I want to be able to say: ‘’I got a BMW 850csi in the garage’’ But you know what? You have to pay for it!
Same goes with the Tesla Model S, and the Subaru Brat, i want them, but i don’t want to pay for them!
But it’s okay that carpacks like the Fast and Furious is paid DLC
Same goes with Motorsport 5, a lot of DLC, but you can still get some of it, as some of it is free
They kind of fixed that in Motorsport 6 with +400 cars and a lot of it being available without having use your credit card
Great job Turn 10
Love: The Drifting

It’s so easy to just get a simple slide going; Steer in 1 direction (not that 1 direction), flick the handbrake, countersteer and a bit of throttle and you’re good to go
But snap oversteer can occur quite often, because you cannot upgrade the steering angle of the wheel, Forza isn’t really what you’d call a drifting game so no complaints there, although, speeking of complaints leads me to my next point:
Hate: The Necessities needed for Drifting

Yes, drifting can be so strikingly awesome, especially when you’re holding it just right on the limit all the way through the corner.
But but but, in order to get going, you do need quite a bit of power.
Not even 100-or-so horsepower will do the job, so rain aka drift lubricant is needed when you have low-power, and that was tried in an Alfa Romeo Spider with 115 hp
Alright, i did come through the bend but the slide stopped halfway, so power just is essential to have a proper drift session
Love: The Community

I play a lot of online roadtrip, and must i say, it’s great! Except for the times when 12-year old d-bags come slammin’ into you for no reason and you lose the race, that’s no fun.
But most people seem to act nice and not try to crash into you, but scratches in online racing is inevitable
I don’t drift as much as i’d want to, because every time i go on online freeroam and pull out the mic and yell ‘’ANYONE UP FOR SOME DRIFTING?’’ nobody answers
Nobody shows a sign of drifting, so i just left it and went over to roadtrips instead, not only because you get a huge amount of cash/XP, but also because it’s much more rewarding, i mean, when you have been fighting for that 1st place for the last 2 laps and you finally get it, not many feelings can over come that.
Love: The clubs
![Yes i'm in [ItMe], and yes i feel damn proud](https://static.cdn.circlesix.co/uploads/posts/2016/01/27282550b5acdcad152b877d57808915.png?width=400)
It’s a bit tied together with the ‘’Love: The Community’’ thing. It’s wonderful.
I don’t really race that much with my club, but when i see someone from there in the online roadtrips, i get this glorious feeling, for the reason that i just know that we’re a team
Hate: The missing level of customization

Hear me out before an internet war is starting:
The overall grade of customization is magnificent. But if they included tuning companies like GReddy and put their goods in the game, they might aswell put the actual wide-body stuff in it, like the fenders
But if you want wide-body, NFS is probably better
Love: The Physics
The cars aren’t difficult to control by any means, unless you got a 1200 hp RWD something and you put you’re fut down, then yes, it will come with trouble
And after you’ve played a fair bit amount of time, all the cars just handle like you’d expect them to
Conclusion:
It’s the best open-world-arcade game i’ve played so far, so if you’ve got an Xbox 360/One, go out and get that game!
If you have any questions and/or input to what i can do better feel free to leave it down below
