Designer From UK Creates Porsche 929 GT
The Porsche lineup is expanding; after the Panamera, the next on the list is a small-crossover called the Cajun. It has been confirmed by Porsche's management, and will be produced at the same Leizpig, Germany plant as the Panamera.

That will make for five model lines. In this midst of all this is the next-generation 911, which is set to arrive at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
That is the car we're most excited about - and it should help increase sales for the 911. But, with an effort to increase overall brand volumes even further, there has been a lot of talk about another Porsche model.
We think its a good idea, if it comes in the form of a modern day reinterpretation of the 928 GT. The Panamera platform would be a perfect basis for such a model. Designer Juliana Cho from the United Kingdom has created her vision at what a successor could look like - called the 929 GT.
Wide and low slung, the 929 GT is recognizably Porsche. It has vague themes that echo original 928, as well as models like the mid-engined Carrera GT. There different routes Porsche could go if they decide to produce a successor to the 928 - a new approach or with themes similar to the original. Interestingly, the 928 GT remains a remarkably modern looking design to this day. A successor to the car could utilize the same basic shape.
While there are fanciful elements on the 929 GT, such as bizarre wheel covers, overall it looks like a feasible design for production. Do it Porsche!
