The incredible reaction from the crew of the No.32 Corvette DP after a big pit stop fire in the 15th hour meant the car managed to return to the Daytona 24 without losing a lap

Dane Cameron exited the car during the fiery pit stop but the quick reactions from his crew meant he was able to hop back in and head back out onto the track without losing a lap. The incident took place during the 15th hour of the race.

Endurance racing is amazing to watch. The team are at 200% for the whole race, that’s why you hear teams winning races rather than individual drivers. Granted, a good driver is great, but the team/car package wins the race.

the fact is, they have probably practised and prepared for this moment hundreds of times, so its just second nature to them. love how well prepared motorsports are now, the fewer deaths means more talent on the track!
