If you want to know, cylinders 1-4 are one bank and 5-8 the other one. In a flatplane V8, the firing order constantly alternates between the two banks, and there was only one answer compatible with that.

I dispute the fuel ratio one. The answer in the quiz is “above 14.7:1”, but if you consider “above” to mean a larger number then that would be a lean mix. This really should be clearer.

The fuel mixture question is wrong. Above 14.7:1 is a lean mixture since any higher mixture will have more air in it (14.7:1 are 14.7g air per 1g fuel, a higher mixture of let’s say 16:1 will have 16g air per 1g fuel). A richer mixture will have more fuel, so the mixture number will be lower.
