Why cars in japan are so cheap?

Look at this WRX for example. It costs 1500 eur which even with all taxes and transport it will be around 3000 eur (for Bulgaria).
So my question is why these cars are so cheap?

Maybe it has problems you can’t see when you aren’t looking at it in real life.

2nd hand things in general have absolutely no value in japan. The consensus is that the Japanese don’t like pre owned things, so nobody buys anything second hand. this is worse with cars, as the government stimulates the population to buy a new one every few years in the form of tax cuts, among things. This results in a large stockpile of used cars which are either sold locally or exported to other countries.

Reasons aside, that’s a bloody nice looking Bloweye wagon.
