Not 100% sure about the rear, also I couldn’t find a good shot of an Abflug front so sry

Here it is, my 2nd (posting on CT) Photoshop-render project, the Toyota Supra Mk.4 JZA80. I’ve been into GT-R’s, but recently, this car just grew into me. The extremely 90s curves, the loud AF 2JZ sound (+ crazy tuner friendliness), the fighter-jet (actually looks similar to Corvette’s)-like interior, the nice ass (looks ugly without a wing tbh), large “eyes”, and of course, the cute smile on its face.

I’ve been searching for some Supra bodykits, and I’ve found pretty interesting bodykits from VeilSide, Bomex (of course who doesn’t remember that), JUN, Do-Luck, Top Secret, etc. Pretty old-school ey? Well what I want on my Supra is something old-school, but also modern, but also futuristic as well. Here are the kits that I used to build my first art.

Very sorry about the potato quality on my final product (lol). Still a beginner using the free apps provided by school, Mix and Fix. Some of you might’ve recognized that side was featured in one of the Supra’s that I’ve spotted. That’s right. That’s the Abflug side which was used by this orange Supra owner who appeared in WYSOTSOT Part 69

Pretty sure that I can see some of you disgusted by how this car was “ruined” with those side strakes. Well, the first time seeing this on the Internet really freaked me out as well, but seeing this in person and seeing this on your screen? That’s a large gap buddy. Oh man, you won’t believe how badass this thing looks. It’s wide, it’s sharp, and makes it “look” faster. I was just astounded, one because of how sudden this car came into my view, and also by the looks. Initial P has also put a spotlight on this car as well on his Tokyo Fresh Meet 2016 video.

You can see it fully @ 2:42, but it already appears from the first second!!!

As you can see, the rear wheels seem like it’s hiding under the fender. It could be fixed with a little help of offset, and we’ll see that perfect fitment 👌 This really gave me an impact, being the greatest inspiration for my build.

Varis Ridox (Section: FRONT AREA, SIDE LIPS, HOOD, REAR)

My dream Supra build (Part 1) - Bodykits - Car Art

The most seen bodykit on a Supra nowadays on social media. Thanks to that orange Abflug sided Supra, which also had some accents of Ridox (front area and side mirrors), this bodykit has landed on my bodykit wishlist (I told you that thing gave me a great impact!). The picture you see above is Max Orido’s personal Supra. If you don’t know who he is (well I don’t know too much about him either but), he is a HANDSOME (for a Japanese person at least/much handsome-er than this Japanese boi named Carguyken 918) race car driver who has appeared multiple times in Option videos. He has a great passion for Supra’s and (I think) he owns about 3 Mk.4’s and 1 Mk.5.

Anyways, when I went to MegaWeb to see all the Supra’s displayed for the “Supra is Back!” event, the first thing that welcomed me was this. This red Ridox Supra, along with his gunmetal grey Targa-top automatic Supra and a completely stock (no wing) grey Supra just right next to the red one. How smart is Toyota surprising their visitors right at the entrance! (Ok I actually didn’t know it was HIS that time, but still knew the kit) What…a…BEAUTY. The paint was on point, the black/carbon fiber accents were placed right, the caliper color was so mellow, nice ass, etc. THIS IS WHAT SUPRA DREAMS ARE MADE OF.

There was the Abflug + VeilSide Supra on display as well, but… I have to admit. This was more eye-stealing. The thing that I like about this Supra, or just Varis in general is that they usually try their best to have it functional, but also keep that OEM feel to it (I remember HKS saying that in one of their Kamikaze R35 videos). Just like the stock one, it is a one happy boi. Keeping that ugly Abflug front bumper is just impossible, and I think this should help it solve that problem.

VeilSide Big Spoiler (Section: wing/spoiler)

Now this is another bit of old-school accents. This large thang above what’s you’re reading is a VeilSide spoiler. Most of you would either choose a large BIG WANG, TRD spoiler, or just keep it stock, however, I prefer to differ. Obviously not just to be noticed easily, but because it’s unique and I’ll be satisfied with it. Usually when I compare TRD spoilers and VeilSide spoilers on the Internet, I seem like I want to pick the TRD, but in person (aka. seeing them at MegaWeb), I was like, “Yo. That thing is lit!” It might not clean as TRD, but it sure is large and aggressive.

This thing is fitted with VeilSide parts and Abflug bodykit specially built for this particular version. The side strakes are actually more curvy than the standard ones, and the you ask? CRAZY WIDE. YES, this ASS ain’t photoshopped folks (you can tell that from the year). This is how the a$$ really looks like. It is much wider than most Abflug a$$es and of course other Supra’s. Seeing this in person @ MegaWeb… Jesus. I was like, “Make me drool for days Mr. Supra God.”

One time I saw this Supra (running) when coming back home from school. I ran as fast I could, crossing the road, going the path I’ve only been once, and finding it parked at a parking lot. It had a Blitz front bumper, VeilSide wing, and rear bumper that I don’t know the name of.

My dream Supra build (Part 1) - Bodykits - Car Art

Clean like it should be, this thing was not too aggressive, and in fact, mild. It was actually lady-driven (#RESPECT). This kinda made me wonder which front bumper I should go with…Ridox or Blitz. As of front bumper itself, I actually loved the Blitz one more, but the Ridox is more simple and has splitters + canards. Well I guess if I want to go with the Blitz bumper, I’ll have to stick those canards and splitters somehow.

Wheel? Not really sure yet, but I’ll go with either Max Orido’s AdvanGT wheels or something that has deep-dishes. Other than exterior parts, I would do something like Big-Turbo-ing, straight-piping, bucket seating, steering wheel-changing, etc. I would explain until I get mature and I’ll learn more about them. Lowering system you ask? Definitely not stupid Japanese slam camber, but a little bit and lowered. Wanna have it functional for either drag or drifting so never gonna have it ONLY for show.

But there you have it! All the parts that was featured in my dream build (probably not gonna be a Taraga tho…) and the reasons why. I hope y’all enjoyed it, leave your comments down below for thoughts, and I’ll see you next time. -Carguyken 918
