Audi RS4 B8 Suspension System Fault warning

A Suspension Warning System light has popped up on my dads RS4 B8 dashboard with a picture of a shock absorber.

It happened for the first time yesterday when it was cold but went off when it warmed up and turned the car on and off.

It has happened again today but this time it won’t go away when it’s warmed up and we turn the car on and off.

Does anyone know what could it be or have had experience with this before
