I currently own a Suzuki swift (this car) it’d be interesting to see what people will come up with. Might give me some ideas

We can’t wait to see the crazy swaps the CTzens come up with.

May we suggest a K20A swap for your swift?

The 1.6 from a Vitara is a very easy swap for a healthy chunk more power.

I’m interested in all of the challenges!

Unless you ban Hondas and Go-Karts, in which case, I will hate you.

How did you know I would be interested? Are you, me? Or am I the chosen one?

That is powerful combo, the high revving Vtec mixed with forced induction.

Also as much free weight reduction as possible

You’ll probably want a stiffer rear sway bar, too.

Do nothing to it. Shear willpower and prayers will get me to 1:48

I know the car is really light, but are you sure those bicycle tyres are going to cut it?

K20 swap, wooden downforce and some really thick Potenza RE-11’s on RPF-1’s.
Also, strip the car out.

Sell the Geo Metro for $1000 then take the $6,000 and buy an old Porsche 928. The Porsche is road legal and the Geo Metro is still FWD. then go and destroy the 1:50 time. 😂

Troll answer does not always equal good answer.

In this case, it might.

Biggest challenge here: selling a Geo Metro for $1000.

Or rent a old focus rs with a engine swap , forced induction and aero mods , this way we can keep the metro fwd and still beat 1.50

Sell the Metro, Get a go-kart chassis, get the go-kart street legal with some Potenza RE-11’s, lights and a battery as well as a K20 swap.

“Sell the big go kart, get the same car back in pieces, and k20 swap.” Sounds like more work than you need to do.

Strip it out then reduce drag(using tape on the panel gaps). Engine swap to a V8 from an Impala SS. Big wang. Wider tires. Done.
