Would you recommend 17s or 18s? Just talking about size here, which would look better? I dont wanna pay $100 more for another inch if it dosent make a huge difference
I had some r32 Aristos 18x9, and what i believe is stock suspension,(I’m the 4th owner). They worked completely fine on my golf. But I downsized to 16”.
I have R15’s now, but I want to put r17’s on my 1.6 golf. Will it use more fuel with bigger rims?
I had Arrietas on my car stock which are 17x7.5 et38. I recently upgraded to Alzors which is 18x9 et30 and I don’t have any rubbing issues. I’ve seen 19s, but to me 18s are the perfect size in terms of looks on a Mk4. Bigger wheels only use more gas if they weigh more. My new wheels fill the body lines better and grip much better thanks to it being wider and having stickier tires.
