Update!!! Code p2105

Hi, these is an update on my last post. I took my pony to the computer car center for a quick check up. The guy told me my car has a P2105 code (Throttle Actuator Control TAC system - forced engine shotdown). He cleared the code and reset my PCM. He told me to take my car for a ride to see if the problem’s fixed.

My madstang runs the same, the rpm’s in neutral are 1000rpm, and it continues to stall when I go hard on the throttle.

Any idea which could be the problem?

Thanks for the help mates.

Sounds like it’s time for a new throttle body

I already asked for the guarantee of the TB I bought to see if the TB they sold me has a problem.

I also been thinking my harness might be having a ground issue somewhere

1k rpm is a bit high at idle

Is like 300rpms higher, I believe it’s the tune the last owner installed. I don’t know what brand it is, maybe it was a bad done custom tune.

Check the wires that are connected to the throttle body and see if they’re ok. Also you might want to replace the throttle position sensor as that could be what’s throwing the code.

Thanks bro, I will be checking the wires, the whole TP was replaced with new sensors, so that part might be fine. I-m starting to belive something is wrong with the tune the last owner installed.
