So this is YouTuber JR Garage and he 17 owns 5-6 cars including a Ferrari, Porsche, s6, m3, Dodge Viper etc. He made this video explaining how he afforded these himself. Now my question is did anyone understand what he was saying.

As with most things on the internet, anyone can say almost anything so take it with a grain of salt.
I wish they would just say we made money doing x,y,z and our parents help us out with garage, financing, etc.
Let’s assume their lenonade stand and eBay was true and it may be. The problem is with the math. Say they took the 3k from lemonade and a couple grand from the eBay coin thing and put it in Tesla @ 30 (they woulda been roughly 13 then). Today tha would be wort 50k, but let’s be genrsous and say the coins,eBay lemonade, etc made them 20k and they made 10x that on Tesla or a similar stock. Well the problem is that’s still only 200k. Their cars alone exceed that- and even with YT income now- the insurance, garaging, maintence, etc would eat that and more. The garage they have alone is probably 1/2-a million based on where they are. Clearly the had help along the way and that’s ok to admit. That’s why I unsubbed.
