I have a million dollar idea

For gamers there is a page called “Canyourunit” that tells you can you run a game on you PC.
We need something for petrolheads. I suggest thing called - “Canyoumakeitrun’
Put in car data - How long since it last run, over all condition, your budget and your experience with cars.
Than this page should tell you can you fix it, or what should you do. Like “Learn a mehanic skill”
