How To Fix The Common 02-08 Radio Problem

The 02-08 Fiestas have issues with radios working intermittently and failing completely. The best solution is to just replace the unit. Here’s a video on how to do so.

After the old head unit is removed, replace it, or follow the instructions for your aftermarket deck. You may need a harness to fit aftermarket radios to your car.
